what Man with chainsaw about?

If you did not follow the Man with chainsaw manga, here’s a brief spoiler-free synopsis for you. Written by Tatsuki Fujimoto, the plot is based on a world where demons are born out of human fears – much like the curses of Jujutsu kaisen.

The protagonist of the story is Denji who tries to pay off his deceased father’s debt to the Yakuza by working as a demon hunter. He hunts the devil with the help of his dog-shaped devil named Pochita who literally has a chainsaw strapped to his forehead. Sounds crazy, right? But this is only the beginning.

One day, a devil-hunting job goes awry, causing Denji’s body to merge with his demonic chainsaw dog Pochita. So, Denji transforms into a man-devil hybrid with chainsaw abilities just like Pochita.

Denji transforms into a man-devil hybrid with chainsaw abilities that he pulls from his half-chainsaw dog Pochita. Now that he’s part devil and part human, his life takes a turn, pulling Denji into new situations full of bloodshed, bloodshed, and madness.

Man with chainsaw Distribution of the trailer

Before we analyze the trailer, let’s take a look at the trailer first.

After looking at this beautiful Man with chainsaw trailer, several thoughts crossed my mind. I couldn’t help but wonder how big the anime will be, judging by the way Mappa presented it.

First of all, the presentation was well designed and it left no spoilers. But Mappa has given it just enough to give manga readers a glimpse of what they’re up to and intrigue those who are completely new to it.

Judging by the visuals in the trailer, the first season of the anime will likely adapt the entire first part of the manga.

Fans were thrilled to finally see some of their favorite characters in the Mappa-style animation. We got to see Denji, Makima, Aki, and Power in the trailer. And Fujimoto’s art style goes very well with Mappa’s animation because all of the characters were exactly as we expected.

Music was another captivating aspect of the Man with chainsaw trailer. Japanese composer and musician Ushio Kensuke is behind the music we heard in the trailer. He has worked for anime like A silent voice and Devilman crybaby. so we can certainly expect more good stuff in the music department.

From this presentation, we can say that the staff at Mappa worked hard to get us the best possible accommodations.

Why is the anime so high profile?

Man with chainsaw was definitely one of the most anticipated and anticipated presentations in the Mappa stream today.

For starters, people were willing to wait 5 long hours for the Man with chainsaw trailer to arrive. And that includes not only people from the east, but also from the west – among which were several people who couldn’t even understand most of the livestream just because it was in the Japanese language.

In fact, a lot of people who have yet to read the manga were also waiting for the trailer to release. But the most interesting fact here is that the Man with chainsaw the manga has already managed to sell 11 million copies without first getting an anime adaptation.

Now, that in itself is a feat that speaks volumes about its popularity. Usually, manga receives a lot of attention and increased sales when chosen for an anime adaptation. But apparently the Man with chainsaw didn’t seem to need a lot of help there as he already has a large, dedicated fan base.

But of course, now that we know that its anime version is coming for sure, manga sales are expected to increase.

As expected, there was a lot of talk on Twitter regarding the trailer. Here are some of the best fan reactions:

Can Man with chainsaw Outperform popular manga like AOT Or Jujutsu kaisen?

When the news of Man with chainsaw the anime broke first, with fans wondering if the end product would be as satisfying as it was in the manga.

But after this trailer, I’m sure most of them would be happy with how Mappa handled this story.

In fact, judging by the current reaction of viewers, it can be said that Man with chainsaw has the potential to become one of the best upcoming anime coming from a weekly Shonen Jump series since Jujutsu kaisen. And he might just be able to give tough competition to The attack of the Titans. But it remains to be seen whether it completely exceeds them.
